HARINERA DEL VALLE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION SURVEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions are applicable to the HARINERA DEL VALLE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION SURVEY.
1. COMPANY RESPONSIBLE
The company responsible for the SURVEY is HARINERA DEL VALLE S.A. (From now on “HV”).
2. PURPOSE
The SURVEY´s purpose is to determine the customers satisfaction about HV´s products and services, and to find possible processes improvements.
3. PARTICIPANTS
The SURVEY must be completed exclusively by clients who have a current commercial relationship with HV.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT
To complete the SURVEY, each participant must:
4.1. Enter the link sent through the email servicioalcliente@hv.com.co or Customer Service area´s WhatsApp.
4.2. Read and accept these SURVEY´s terms and conditions.
4.3. Commit to actively participate in filling out the questionnaire.
5. METHODOLOGY
The SURVEY´s methodology will be with closed, open, and staggered questions.
6. PERIOD
The SURVEY will run from the 01 may 2023 to 31 december 2023.
7. COVERAGE
The survey will be valid in all the countries where the clients are domiciled, these are:
- Colombia
- Australia
- Bolivia
- Canada
- Chile
- Costa Rica
- Ecuador
- Spain
- United States
- Panama
- Trinidad y Tobago
- Peru
8. RESULTS
The results and information obtained from the SURVEY will be HV´S property and wont be published or delivered to participants.
9. GENERAL
9.1. To participate in the SURVEY, each participant must accept these terms and conditions.
9.2. The participant must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old at the date of the commencement of the SURVEY.
9.3. The answers, opinions, suggestions, ideas, comments and observations provided by the participants in the development of the SURVEY may be used by HV, therefore, the information is not confidential nor is it protected by intellectual or industrial property regulation. The information´s use or reference won’t generate any type of remuneration or compensation to the participant.
9.4. The duration of the survey may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of HV.
The SURVEY may be temporarily or indefinitely suspended if HV detects or becomes aware of irregularities or fraud, or in the event of fortuitous event that seriously affects its execution. These circumstances will be communicated through email servicioalcliente@hv.com.co
9.5. HV may be excluded from the SURVEY participants who do not comply with these terms and conditions.
9.6. We recommend all participants don´t report confidential information during the SURVEY. If you believe it is appropriate to send this type of information or if it is requested by the HV Customer Service area, please send it by email.
9.7. HV won’t be responsible for any interruption, outage or deficiency that could avoid access or navigation, including, deficiencies in the servers or each person´s connections services, equipment, and versions.
9.8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Republic of Colombia´s law, therefore the participant wavies any other law.
9.9. The participant won’t receive any kind of prize or remuneration for his or her participation in the SURVEY.
10. AUTHORIZATIONS
The participants declare:
10.1. They authorize HV to use (free of charge) the answers, opinions, suggestions, ideas, comments, and observations provided in the development of the SURVEY, for the purpose determined in these terms and conditions.
10.2. They authorize HV to request, verify, collect, disseminate, transmit and/or partially or totally transfer the personal information provided in the execution of the SURVEY, in accordance with the personal data processing policy manual that is published in the website https://www.hv.com.co
10.3. They have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
